When and where is the event?
Our 51st Annual Community Celebration will take place on Sunday, June 8, from 6-9:30 PM. The event will be held at Hilton Pearl River, 500 Veterans Memorial Drive, Pearl River, NY.

Where do I park?
The Hilton Pearl River has a large parking area in front of the hotel entrance. There is also valet parking available.

Can I register at the event?
Day-of registration is not available. We encourage all attendees to RSVP as soon as possible as we are expecting a sell-out 51st celebration.

Who will be at the Community Celebration?
The Community Celebration is a wonderful gathering of our entire Kehillah - Current Parents, Alumni Parents, Grandparents, Alumni, Boards Members, Teachers and Staff and our extraordinary Honorees.

What is the schedule for the evening?

• 6 PM: Doors Open - Please enjoy our cocktail reception with delicious food stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, and our digital Silent Auction.
• 7:30-8:30 PM: The formal part of our program will be held in the ballroom for approximately 60 minutes with theater-style seating (unassigned).
• 8:30-9:30 PM: We will continue the festivities with our dessert reception and more Silent Auction excitement! The Silent Auction will close at 9:30 PM.

Is there a sit-down dinner this year?
No formal sit-down dinner. Instead, from 6:00-7:15 PM, we’ll serve a strolling dinner with a wide selection of food and plenty of seating options.

Is there assigned seating for the program?
The ballroom will be arranged in theater-style rows. Seating is open, so you may choose any available seat.

Is there a Silent Auction?
Yes! Our Silent Auction features over 60 exciting packages, with mobile bidding available right from your phone. The auction will open on Friday, June 6 and anyone registered for the event will receive a text/email when the auction opens with a personalized link to access the auction.

Can Friends or Family Bid on Auction Items Even if They Aren’t Attending?
Yes! The auction is open to our entire Kehillah. Friday, June 6, when the auction opens, we will email a public auction link to our wider Kehillah to invite everyone to check out the offerings.

Will There Be Photos from the Evening?
Yes. Be sure to have your photo taken by one of our two professional photographers. After the event, you’ll receive access to download the pictures.

What should I wear?
Attire typically ranges from smart casual to cocktail. Feel free to dress up - it’s a celebration!
